The Patient Experience Team offer a free and confidential service for patients. The team can:

help answer any questions about your experience with the hospital
- listen to your suggestions, queries and concerns
- offer advice and support for you, your relatives, carers and friends.
The team’s opening hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. They are situated in the North Wing, Level 1, near the main entrance. .

Your feedback is important to us. You can find an easy read leaflet about patient experience here which explains how you can give us any feedback or raise any concerns.
The leaflet talks about SeAp Advocacy. They can give you help and advice and are not run by the NHS and it’s free. They will only share what information you want them to.
Patient and family/carer surveys 2026
The patient and family/carer online surveys captures perceptions of the quality of care and overall experience of hospital services for people with a learning disability within NHS trusts.
The Patient Survey should be completed by people with a learning disability aged 18 and over who have accessed hospital care within the last year. The survey may be completed with support from a family member or carer. Complete the Patient Survey.
The Family/Carer Survey should be completed by family members or carers of individuals with a learning disability who have accessed hospital care within the last year. Complete the Family/Carer Survey.
The surveys will close on March 31 2026.
