Support your Local Hospital

This leaflet explains how you can support your local hospital by becoming a member. There is also a membership form below.

Dorset County Hospital is a Foundation Trust.

This means the hospital has to have a Membership and a Council of Governors.

Membership is free.

You have to be over the age of 16.

You have to live in England.

This makes sure that the decisions made by the hospital are in the best interests of the
community.
