Cardiac Care Ward

The Cardiac Care Ward is an 18-bedded Cardiology Ward and includes a four-bedded Coronary Care Unit within it.

We care for patients with a range of cardiac conditions including heart failure, chest pain, and abnormal heart rhythms. We are based in South Wing on Level 2. 

Visiting guidance 

Visiting times are 11am to 8pm, seven days a week. Visiting outside of these hours will be considered depending on the individual’s circumstances and can be discussed with the ward sister / nurse in charge.
